CONVERGENCE Baltimore
CONVERGENCE Baltimore is a collaborative initiative led by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) in partnership with NHS Baltimore. By bringing together lenders, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community leaders, the initiative aligns resources, expertise, and partnerships to expand equitable pathways to sustainable homeownership throughout Baltimore.
Reinvest Baltimore Down Payment Assistance
Make homeownership more affordable with the Reinvest Baltimore Down Payment Assistance Program. Eligible homebuyers may receive up to $20,000 to help cover down payment and closing costs when purchasing a qualified home, creating new opportunities to invest in Baltimore communities.
